The EDGE Team Staff is comprised of high school students and professionals that volunteer to support students throughout their weekend.
- JCrew (Junior Crew) - EDGE Alumni who attended the seminar the year prior and are eager to help guide the next generation of EDGE students thought an impactful weekend
- SCrew (Senior Crew) - EDGE Alumni who attended the seminar previously. Many have worked as JCrew and are on the Planning Committee. During the seminar weekend, they serve as the liason between the operations and program staff and the student groups.
- Team Leads - Professionals who believe in EDGE and the impact that the weekend has on the students. Some are EDGE Alumni, however, most of them are passionate about youth leadership, working in industry, nonprofit, and education sectors. They are the main facilitators for debrief sessions and help guide the students thorugh the weekend.
